Sugary Kisses!

I decided to post true facts about myself. I want to go into the New Yrs by being real with myself. Everything isn’t always peachy….. This is me:

1) I have a serious complex
2) I am ultra-sensitive to the people i care about
3) I want marriage
4) I crave affection and attention
5) I am not sure i want kids
6) I am 26 and i am getting older
7) I love Ty so much, i don’t think he knows how much i do sometimes
8) I can’t take criticism and WILL get defensive if i feel attacked
9) I don’t like mean or smart ass people
10) I am a loner and prefer it that way.

This is seriously a pain in my ass. Ty has the day off and I have to work . Ugh!. I just woke up from a nap, I did my usual Sunday routine, Get my hair done, go grocery shopping and personal healthcare shopping. I haven’t been sleeping to well cause Ty has been snoring off the chain lately!. So I have been taking cat naps and I woke up to Todd slicking my face. Ewwww lol.

We saw “I am Legend” last night and it was freakin’ great!. Sorta deep, but I cried like a big ass baby during a scene. Lmao smh. Will Smith body is “wow” though..ooooh yea lol. I should do a beefcake post.

I have been staying on track with the reduced calorie intake. 1500 is nothing by the way. Cereal = 400, Lunch, 300-400, Snack= 100-200, Dinner = 500. Boooo lol. So this means I have to cut out eating out because some places you would be amazed at the calories in the food. For example:

Uno Chicago Grill Chicago Classic Deep Dish Pizza

Downing this “personal” pizza is equivalent to eating 18 slices of Domino’s Crunchy Thin Crust cheese pizza.

Everyone lately has been asking when me and Ty are getting married, especially his family which I adore. He says in ‘09, so in 08′ I get a ring lol (supposed to have a yr to plan it). I told him he has to surprise me though. I am big on proposals, I remember when I had a shitty one and I was like “ugh” lmao and we all know how that ended cause I am no longer with that guy. Ty says “ill handle the DJ at the reception, otherwise everything else is up to you. Make sure there is a open bar and lay my tux out on the bed” lmaoooooooooooooooo, I was dying laughing at him because he was dead serious lol. I know I want a summer wedding, no winter wedding and sorry but no cheesy “let’s get married on new yrs eve or valentine’s day crap” lol. Sorry but that’s just not my style, must be the tomboy in me but too many people do that. I would get married on the day we first met, June 2^nd.

Man I love this Alicia Key’s song “Like you’ll never see me again”. I would play that at the wedding too lol. I would be crying all the way to the alter lmao. We have been looking at rings and he has great taste. I don’t have to worry about no ugly ass ring popping up. Ladies you know what I am talking about. Ok lemme stop. Ring first, then wedding talk later. But anyways what I was trying to say was we have been more open to discussing marriage now. His family sees that we have a house together, a new car & a great relationship. They love me wayyyyy more than his ex. I told him, He got a package deal with me and Todd lol. We are really in sync, we sit in bed and watch house flipping shows or whatever and discuss their scenarios and laugh and hang out. We both don’t party, we both home-rats lol, and both like our videogames. When we have a disagreement meaning (when I get pissed off at him) he apologizes, even if he doesn’t think he’s wrong just to shut me up, lmao. We don’t yell at each other or anything which is new to me lol. We really talk. They always say the 1^st yr is the hardest, and we are approaching yr #2 that we’ve been officially together. We have adjusted to living with each other very well.

I remember one day I was just really mean to him, and I found out a few days later that he got me a x-mas gift after we both agreed that the house, car and trip to St. Thomas was a gift enough for us both. He got me pink diamond earrings. I felt like shit . I really didn’t want anything; I don’t need anything when god has blessed me with enough and yet he still got me something. Life is funny; I didn’t really know what love was when I thought I did. I can’t lie, in other relationships I would have gotten sick of my guy by now, or was going thru b.s. with them. But Ty stuck thru and wouldn’t let me get away from him (before we started courting). I really know you have to savor every moment because tomorrow is never promised. I think Alicia hit the nail on the head “Every-time you love, love like you’ll never see them again”

Ok after fudging it a bit, me and Ty decided it was time to get back into the gym seriously though. Well he’s in it for a contest lol, and I’ve been feeling a bit oompaloopa-ish lately sooooo lol back to the grind. Burned 621 cals today from the Stairmaster and elliptical. Tomorrow I lift weights. Have you ever been afraid to weigh yourself? I have lol. My goal is to hit the gym hard for two weeks, THEN weigh myself cause I think if I weigh myself now, ill cry lol!. Well I’ll post tomorrow about my gym updates.

Ok I have a dilemma. Me & Honey are going to save up for our wedding and hope it will go down around summer of 2010. Well I have two dads, 1 stepdad, who was there for me since I was 3. Also I have my real dad who I got back in contact with about 5 yrs ago and we have a very healthy relationship. Let me explain. When my mommy had me and my bro, my real dad was cheating on her so she left him (I was about 2 or 3) and got married to my stepdad, who is white (not that that matters). He has ALWAYS been there for me and given me everything I needed. When mom passed and I lived with grandma, my stepdad flew us out every weekend to Chicago from Memphis and helped me with math homework via phone whenever I needed him (he is actually a certified genius, no lie). He stills helps me with whatever I need to this day. When I moved from Chicago at age 3 to Memphis, I got out of contact with my real daddy. Long story short, I found him on the net and he MISSED me, he always talks to me and gives me whatever I need now.

So who should walk me down the aisle? My family says have them both…But what about the father & daughter dance?. I really want to do that and I don’t want to play favorites??? HELP! Lol. Real dad or stepdad? I love them both dearly. Also I need to add my real dad is handsome but for some reason seems to be holding on to his “Curl” roftlmao quit laughing this is a serious issue!. He doesn’t have a bona-fide jerricurl..and Ty has no clue what it is..But I told him he uses the green-blueish bottle spray with reddish letters on it and he says its expensive to keep up and get done. (What the hell is it?) This is going to make me cut him out the wedding party pics LOL. I do plan on telling him to cut that mess off and get a Caesar for the wedding LOL. So I need 2 questions answered:

1. Who should walk me down the aisle?
2. Who should I do a father/daughter dance with?

We need a new car and we realized it as we’ve been trucking thru the winter storm. I did not feel safe so we got approved Friday and plan to go look at it Tuesday. I know we just got a house but i think our car is about to konk out any minute so what the hell right? We are looking at a modest SUV. Subaru or something to be able to truck thru snow and pull our motorcycles..nothing mini-van ish oh no. If the salesman don’t try to pull any sheenanigans by wednesday we will have our new car otherwise its on to something else. I honestly don’t care as long as we have a better vehicle. Riding in the storm Sunday i was scared poop-less lol. I just felt unsafe and Ty worries enough. So we will see. Right now i am post from work and trying not to fall asleep. Going to bed at 12am and getting up 6:30 am is not a go!!!

LOL, i love that girl (in a warm fuzzy heterosexual way) lmao. Time after time she has helped me with my blog issues/questions and also put out an Alert when Todd flew the animal hospital lol.

Yea we went into a deep convo about it and we are both on the same page. I told him he has to surprise me when he propose though lol, hate shitty marriage proposals and it can be a turn off . Also my dad said he would pay for the wedding < yay so my money can stay in my pocket! lol, so i told him to start saving now cause it will be big and beautiful. We would take a yr from the engagement date to plan it though because it is alot of work and I am not going to become a bridezilla. His family loves me and my family loves him which is a great feeling.

They say the first year is usually the hardest because your trying to get used to each other. Funny thing is we were friends for 6 months before we started an official relationship and we did MAD talking lol so we knew alot about each other. Well i just hope it only gets better
