Ok, I decided to do a throwback theme. Yep i brought it back and “cute”end it up too. Ay-yi-yi I forgot how broke u can be when buying a home. Its not too bad because we actually both bring in a nice size amount of income each, but still. We close November 30th and moving Dec. 1st. Thank goodness his family owns a moving company . I was also picked out what i will be buying for my place, new furniture and etc. Here is stuff i have been eyeing and picked out to buy.

Thats to start off, we also will be extending our master bedroom closet to make it bigger. Right now we got 2 small closets and that will NOT work with Ty’s clothes and shoes and mines. The good thing about one closet it we can make it a walkin closet. We plan on being there awhile as Ty say .

Speaking of the negro, lol why i go take a shower and as i bend over to turn the faucets on *still in my clothes mind you* to get it running, and the damn shower came on first and sprayed me in the face!. Why do men do these things, with him i almost fell in the toilet at 2 am because he didn’t put the seat down and for some reason at night, he likes to take all his clothes off (except boxers) in the living room and come in the bedroom where the hampers are and go to bed. Mind you we have 4 hampers. I almost busted my ass cause i didn’t see his shoes. lmao. He’s trying to kill me lol. Oh and in case i forgot to tell ya, the dog (pomeranian) stole my piece of jerk chicken while i left (for 5 minutes) and when i screamed his name, he ran under the couch. SMH

Today

We signed our sales contract (no we didn’t close yet) but atleast the seller can’t take a better offer. Its written in stone. We went on our lunch break and met with our lawyer and signed it. Lmao Ty was on the phone with his dad and he was telling him about the house stuff and how in Jan. we plan on buying a SUV. Ty’s dad was like “oooh ok, lemme ask you something…Thea pregnant?” , Ty said “HUH?, NO lmao where did that come from” He said” ohhh ok well yall talking about getting a house and a SUV lmao he said thats family moves right there”. Ty replied ” lmaooo im grown why would i even hide that, i woulda told you something like that” Man i was DYING laughing in the background. Lmfao, we still crack up about it. Ty is about to be 28, why would he not tell him something of that magnitude. Man that shit was classic!!! He said “yea babe your pregnant” lmao i said yea i know, and scared to tell people…hahahaha..Man I am in no hurry to pop one out just yet. But one day lil Thea-rone (Thea & Tyrone) lmaooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo will be.

I realized i am in a click at work. LOL, you know the people who are always sharing funny stuff and gossiping. I know it aint right but honestly there arte a group of em at EVERY job. We aren’t mean but man, we have fun. LOL. A fellow AE was out so we put his keyboard in bubblewrap. LMAO. Childish? Hell yea, but it helps the day go by and it was a Friday!. Its good to work with people you actually can tolerate you know. I was so stressed when i started because it was so much to take in and hey, i did say i wanted to work in Marketing lol. When I started, i got placed with some huge accounts, Newsweek is one of them and KingSize is another. I work on about 8 huge accounts. I actually like talking to people who work directly with the companies such as Newsweek. Anyways, i was very stressed until I got the hang of it all and my co-workers helped me a bunch.

Ok, Sorry but i had to get a new name, I got tired of AAT and plus i found out my ex was viewing m blog and was mad cause i wasn’t approving his comments. SMH. Omg lately i have been so gassy!, I know TMI and sorry, but i have been! And i always run to the bathroom to “let it out” so Ty don’t hear me, but when he fell asleep it was free game and i was knocking em out left and right. I told my friend Essie what i was doing and she said “He’s going to wake up and go ::sniff:: ::sniff::.” lmfao. I told him later that i was pooting when he was sleep he said its ok, he prolly would have woken up and thought he let one out in his sleep .

Today we had our home inspector come in and assess the property and anything that the seller needed to fix. Here are more pics, the white guy is him lol and don’t mind Ty walking around lol.

Its a 2 Bedroom, 1.5 bath, garage townhouse.

Well they accepted our offer for the townhouse. YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY! We close November 30th . There were two units left, we saw them saturday and i fell in love. Im not sure if this is the one we got or not cause of the pics..but is has mad light shining thru and the fresh smell of a new house lol. No one lived there before so that good.

DO…

Remove errors from your credit reports. Eliminate outdated information or unauthorized charges by writing the bureaus and following up with creditors if necessary at least three months before applying for credit. Your FICO score (a credit score developed by Fair Isaac & Co.) and reports from the three major credit bureaus–Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion–are available at Myfico.com for $38.85. Contrary to popular belief, checking your own credit does not lower your score.

Pay all bills by the due date, even if you are making just the minimum payment. Any missed payments lower your score, whether they’re big bills, like the mortgage, or “minor” ones like department-store bills.

Keep account balances below your available credit limit. Ideally, pay off balances every month. Don’t max out your cards.

Comparison shop quickly. If you are hunting for a mortgage or car loan, file your applications within 14 days of one another.
