Sugary Kisses!

I am in a good space in my life right now I must say. I have one more class left and im done with my MBA from Benedictine University. A healthy savings acct, money in a cd, and about to invest in rental property. We were talking and its smart to invest into real estate and rent it out. With the real estate we plan to rent it out and clear 1000-1500 extra a month after the mortgage which will be ON POINT! Also both of my businesses are picking up and doing well and Ty’s nightlife events money (or as he call its “get fresh money” ) is bringing in a nice amount not including his 9-5 and my moolah. Its good to have someone who is goal oriented as me. Im an entrepreneur and thats it and thank god im not pressured to work. I have the option of being a house-girlfriend but all this schooling HAS to be put to some use in my eyes, besides i get bored to easily. We have been blessed not to worry about money and we love to make it work for us. Another thing we are doing is moving our CD to another bank. SMH Bank of America has a 3.50 % for 24 months MEANWHILE, another I saw is 5.60% every 3 months. Im soooooo switching.

Why did my dog go get his leash and bring it to me and sat in my lap? Could he scream”walk me” lol. Well i walked him and he went, Pomeranian are so smart, At night when we to go to bed he crawls under the bed and goes to sleep until the morning when its time to walk him and he’s silent as a mouse. Yesterday (Sat) I fell asleep on our couch while Ty was playing his NFL game on the xbox 360 and I woke up to the dog sleep between my legs sleeping on my leg. TOO CUTE!

Feb we are going to Chicago for a mini-vacation. Staying in a nice downtown hotel there cause i don’t like bunking with family too well. Ahh one thing that sucks..remember how i said it was time to get my benz, well after we spoke to our financial planner, he said to wait after we get our house… I was disappointed but then again it makes sense. it would look funny if your renting and have a LUXURIOUS car, i think thats most people though lol. I just want my priorities to be straight, i did the Nice SUV Truck that just came out and in the end i hated the notes and it was really only for the look but if your renting with a nice car, living check to check and stressing about bills ask yourself “is it worth it?”, wouldnt you prefer to be more financially stable?. Just dont try to live about your means is what I am saying. Therefore, we will continue using the one vehicle we have now and we also got our motorcycles which we use 90% in the summertime and THAT SAVES ALOT OF GAS MONEY! Its like 8 bucks to fill up my bike. However im getting a new bike YAY! and selling my old one.

I think this is the first time in a long time I’ve been truly happy. Ok so i know I’ve been busy and haven’t been blogging but its due to this operations management class i have, its murder and i see why they wait til towards the end to put you in it. But ya girl has an A so far so i ain’t worried. Ok well love ya alls

Especially since i had JUST spent $200.00 on a pair of jeans and all black loafers. I like looking cute n trendy at the jizzob.

House Hunt Part 2

We got a broker & real estate agent hunting for us now. We aren’t trying to go over 250k for a 2 bdrm condo. Yea, its pricey on the east coast . But we hoped to get settled real soon in our own little nest egg. I like to think i have an advantage because I used to do mortgage loan processing. So i know when a broker trying to get over and the terms. . We got our bills dumb low now..paid off credit cards and moving away from progressive saved us $200. Smh . I really want a place of our own!

Ok we have decided to stay in CT/NY area and we are working with a mortgage broker and real estate agent. Besides the job opportunity can’t get any better than NYC! Also we booked a vacation to St. Thomas in the carribean for thanksgiving holiday. So this is the plan, that night before, Ty has an event so we will get a room in Manhattan, go to his party and then the next day go to Laguardia Airport and fly out. I am looking forward to this. This trip cost us 2,400 for two people but its all-inclusive, just have to pay for souvenirs. I will take many pics!. Back to the house situation, we are looking for a 2+ bedroom condo because tryna sell a 1 bedroom is hard and not many people look for those, besides our landlord sucks at repairing shit. We are financially in a great place, we save & have money away in a cd account. We have low bills, nothing too crazy. Just good to have someone who is on the same page as you. For those of you wondering, he has a 9-5 as well as doing events. LOL, im sorry but i dont think i can do the “dreamer” thing again, i did that before and we just wasn’t on the same page. If me and Ty dont make it, ill cut him > lmao thats my “thugface”

Thought I would list many pet peeves of women I hear complaining about or dealt with in a past relationships..

1) When u get out the shower, don’t wet up the entire mat on the floor. What are u doing shaking the water off? How does the whole floor get wet?

2)Leave the damn seat down LOL. Don’t ask why just do it LOL

3)(Thank god this isn’t Ty). Um men please wipe ya ass correctly if we must do ur laundry.

4) Don’t be clipping ya toenails in the kitchen or in bed.

5)If u do #2, please close the door after and light a candle. We don’t need the whole house smelling like what u ate. Lmao.

6) Do not pass gas/belch when were eating. Lol or don’t do it around us period lmao

7) For the guys who “check their luggage too much” please stop, it looks like you have something and/or tells us what u do a lot in your alone time. Lol

1 Mac mini & monitor, 1 Mac Laptop (Mac-book), & 1 Sony Vaio, 1 external hard drive (for the 2000 songs we have), 1 printer (that has no damn ink now…i ordered some more yesterday), 1 wireless linksys (great with the macs), 1 cable modem,(really for the pc since my macs are wireless)

My Mac monitor is 23 inches and cost me so damn much!, but i love it lol. My Vaio is so damn dusty, this place is a dust trap! >

Labor Day

Since we don’t really celebrate this day, just a day off work for us, we are going to cook and chill out. Im going to the gym, and then going to the grocery store to get Ty’s Lobster (EWWWWW) lol and me a nice juicy steak. On the side i think i’ll pick up fresh broccoli and fresh corn on the cob. Man i hate seafood. I remember for New Yrs, Ty went to the store and got us both lobsters, making sure i tried it. He came home saying “I got my boyz!” and they were alive LOL! I couldn’t eat mine, i was too freaked out lmao. I seen him drop them in the hot water killing them. So he ate mine, so it wouldn’t go to waste. Too much for me. Give me the food thats already dead.
