New pics since I only have my graduation pictures of my tall as. These are more upfront and personal. These were taken today at 5.25.07 after work. It is hot as all hell outside! soon as i got home i threw on my comfy clothes.

Many my birthday is June 29th, which will be here before you know it. Ty keeps asking what do I want. I honestly have no clue. Jewelry? Clothes? Get taken out? I dont know, i need ideas!! lol. Ty has two events in Manhattan. This time i wont wear heels being 6′1 making him look like my son lmao! i love my shorty! I received an email stating that i was going LOL!

I realize that life is what you make it. If you put in shitty efforts you get back shit. You can expect to wake up and have the world given to you. You have to get up and everyday find a way to make your mark in this world.

We had fun, when we got there Friday, we got our rental car, checked into our hotel at the Hyatt and then I took Ty to go get a tattoo from one of my club members and a few of them suprised us and popped up to say “hey”. Then that nite we hooked up with Shawn and went to eat jerk chicken wings at calypso cafo. Sat. we hooked up with Shawn again and went to Navy Pier where we ate at Bubba Gump Shrimp, walked around downtown and on the magnificent mile, then dranked again (liquor) and met up with my dad for dinner at Giordanos Pizza (my family revolves around food) lol!. Sunday was the graduation and I had to get up at 6am because I had to be there early for the 9:45 student line up and then afterwards we went to get italian beef sandwiches from portillos and went to go drink AGAIN with shawn lol! Monday we came home. I have been at the gym tryna work all that damn food and liquor off! :0p. So thats our trip in a nutshell. I bought scrapbook to keep all items and pics that me and Ty does. Its nice to look back.

AHHH its finally here…remember what I said about May 20th? well its right around the corner and I walk..in Chicago. Now let me explain the situation. Last Yr yall know i was in Chicago until July (when Ty imported me from chicago) well my school Benedictine University(www.ben.edu) was able to let me finish my 4 classes on the online segment. So its not an online degree, its not like AIU or University of Phoenix by ANY MEANS lol.

I posted this picture for NUGGET, since i got an “unknown” school (which would be unknown to you lard ass cause you never been to Chicago western suburbs) but Colin Powell came to our school, i remember Stedman came there, yep Oprah’s bitch lmao!

Actually many locals school are now offering online classes for busy people/parents who can’t find time to make class with their busy schedules, so this worked out for me . So no i don’t have a online degree, im sorry but AIU and Univ Of Phoenix is too promotional about being online that many employers look at those degrees as tissue, honestly they are only good for if your trying to move up in your company, but if your a 22 yrs old looking for a job with it..it will be harder to sell yourself. My brother worked at AIU and basically their degrees were like tissue and they had accreditation issues. Well anyways thats why im flying back to Chicago to graduate this weekend. We leave on May 18th my bro’s birthday and we comeback Monday, thank god i was able to get the time off from my job, but i told, look im going, soooo lol deal with that! YAY, all my family is there waiting on me, they still can’t believe i moved :sigh: the things we do for love right? I can say I don’t regret it at all, Ty is excited to be going back to Chicago and we will be kickin’ it with my bro BIG TIME!, prolly go on a boat ride at Navy Pier, Chicago has beautiful water. When they call my name to walk, they are gonna screw it up!, they can’t pronounce my 4 worded name lol. I’m bringing my digital cam, and i will try to get more pics of my family cause my website pic section is NAKED!.

Well i got a bomb a$$ job so i can check that off my lists, but next is a bomb a$$ house.
Im not talking a 2 bdrm 2 bath i’m talking 3 or 4 bdrms and 2 1/2 baths lol. Thats what I want, however i think Ty wants us to buy a condo downtown but then you have parking issues and where we gonna store our bikes? and my pooch needs a yard to roam lmao. Ct & Ny is VERY expensive to live, especially CT, did you know its one of the richest states to live in? We are on the borderline of ct & ny, so we got the best of both worlds, manhattan is about 30 mins away from and we currently live in a quiet neighborhood in CT. We also work in a very rich county with million dollar homes. I can’t decided NY or CT to get a house, i think it will be CT and its costly to live out here, but what the heck right? as long as you aint struggling to make rent then we are good. Thats the one thing i love about us, we spend wisely. Well…lol buying $172 pair of 7 for all mankind or true religion jeans may not be wisely soooo i’ll say we spend what we can afford to spend …Thats what happens when you meet a fashion guru, you get all sucked up into it and start doing the same shit lol. But i will admit, they last a long time cause they aren’t cheap. I used to think before i started wearing em there was no difference, but there IS!

Sorta got sidetracked there, sorry lol….but my life goals is to have a big house & a great job. Also, since we like nice things and nice cars…
We prefer to LEASE than buy our cars cause we like to change up about every 2 yrs, besides I learned my lesson when i bought my truck brand spanking new…..depreciation factors in and the more you put on a car doesn’t make it valuable, just able to look better or driver better, however the more you add on a home, DOES make it more valuable. Car’s aren’t great investments, but homes are….but yea leasing is better plus with leasing, you don’t may interest fees cause your not financing it. I will say this though, if you plan on buying a luxury car, make them throw in a maintenance package, thats a MUST DO!. That way if something happens you don’t go broke trying to pay for the shit. When we do get a house, i like to think i have an advantage because i used to do Loan Processing for a mortgage company, so i understand EVERYYYYYYYTHING! lol. Not charging me 3 points on a freakin’ loan smh….and if you got good credit, don’t let them give you a high interest rate! If anyone has any questions I don’t mind answering them cause i hate to see people try to get over on homebuyers or refinancee’s

Got my cap and gown today, thanks to my bro shawn he picked it up for me today and said he was proud of me. Everything is falling into place. I can say i am truly happy and thanks to my girls who left kind notes/emails, yall are REAL friends . Its the best!, and they also give you real scenarios with real figures on your credit if you paid off things, wanted to get a mortgage, they tell you which way your current score will move.
